据中国贸易救济信息网，8月12日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定智能可穿戴设备、系统及其组件作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2026年7月9日、10日作出的初裁不予复审，即基于双方和解，终止对Reebok、RILUK IPCO、The Original Fit Factory、Truconnect、Zepp Health、安徽华米信息科技有限公司、Zepp及Zepp North America的调查。
