IT之家 8 月 13 日消息，Bethesda Game Studios 北京时间 11 日晚在 X 平台表示，其正在考虑将 Nintendo Switch 2 版《上古卷轴 IV：湮灭重制版》上的优化扩展至其它平台。这家游戏工作室会在有能力时分享更多信息。
根据官方新闻稿，Nintendo Switch 2 版《上古卷轴 IV：湮灭重制版》采用了虚幻 5 引擎的强大工具，显著地提升了视觉效果与运行效率。此外其专门添加了针对该游戏设备灵活游玩风格的控制选项，支持体感、鼠标、触屏操控自由选择。
