受今年第13号台风“白海豚”影响，江苏多地出现暴雨、大风天气，部分城市道路小区出现积水，给电网安全运行和民生供电保障带来考验。国网江苏省电力有限公司投入抢修人员3000多人，抢修车辆1000多台，发电车辆100多台，全力保障用电安全。
