华夏水务公告称，自2026年8月12日起，王婷女士获委任为独立非执行董事，任期三年，月袍金8000港元。王婷还获委任为审核委员会及提名委员会成员、薪酬委员会主席，原薪酬委员会主席姚俊荣先生留任成员。委任后，公司独立非执行董事人数、审核委员会及薪酬委员会成员人数等均符合GEM上市规则相关规定。
