8月12日，益生股份（002458）发布公告，控股股东、实控人曹积生解除质押1670万股，占其所持股份的2.84%及公司总股本的1.17%，并新增质押2699万股，占其所持股份的4.60%及公司总股本的1.89%；截至公告披露日，曹积生累计质押股份为2.81亿股，占其所持股份的47.87%及公司总股本的19.64%。
2026年中期，益生股份实现收入16.97亿元，归母净利润3.08亿元。
