当地时间11日，伊朗最高国家安全委员会秘书雷扎伊表示，美国是霍尔木兹海峡、波斯湾和阿曼湾不安全的根源，美国对伊朗发动非法战争，危及整个地区。“除非美国改变其行为并接受伊朗的条件，否则霍尔木兹海峡不会开放。”他表示，美国必须结束战争，支付伊朗被冻结的资金，此外美国还需满足通过中间人传达给他们的其他条件。（央视军事）
