人民财讯8月12日电，中鼎股份(000887)8月12日发布关于市场传闻的澄清及风险提示的公告，8月10日，公司与腾讯云签署战略合作协议，在算力集群投建与运营、算力中心液冷业务、采购腾讯云服务、AI应用合作方面展开合作，合作有效期为3年。前述协议仅为合作意向的框架协议，尚无实质落地的合作内容。
