2026年8月12日，盛屯矿业(600711.SH)公告称，公司于近日收到中国银行间市场交易商协会下发的《接受注册通知书》，同意接受公司债务融资工具注册，注册金额为20亿元，注册额度自通知书落款之日起2年内有效，由兴业银行股份有限公司主承销。
公告显示，公司在注册有效期内可分期发行超短期融资券、短期融资券、中期票据、永续票据，每期发行时应确定当期主承销商、发行产品、发行规模及期限等要素。
