8月12日，南极电商（002127）发布公告，公司就与上海新和兆、上海和兆品牌管理公司的商标授权许可合同纠纷，向法院提交《变更诉讼请求申请书》，索赔金额由约8169万元上调至约2.96亿元，案件正在一审审理中；同时，上海新和兆也起诉了南极电商，涉案金额约3.13亿元。
2026年一季度，南极电商实现收入5.01亿元，归母净利润3263万元。
