绿科科技国际（00195）公布，公司于2026年8月11日接获上市复核委员会函件，当中表示，经审慎考量全部事实及证据，以及公司与联交所上市科所呈交的所有陈述资料后，上市复核委员会决定维持根据上市规则第6.01A（1）条取消公司上市地位的决定。
截至本公告日期，公司尚未接获联交所就知会公司有关公司股份的最后上市日期所发出的函件。
