8月11日晚，学而思部分学习机出现登录异常。当天23时49分，“学而思亲子”App向用户推送《关于登录异常的说明》。
学而思学习机团队称，20时30分起，部分学习机因服务器网络波动出现登录异常，目前系统已逐步恢复，用户可以正常扫码登录使用。学而思学习机团队就此向用户致歉。
