格隆汇8月12日｜当地时间8月11日，英特尔宣布其普通股注册公开发行定价为每股95美元，共发行210,526,315股普通股，发行规模从此前公布的150亿美元扩大至200亿美元。据报道，英特尔CEO陈立武在公司增发股票前，曾致电美国商务部长卢特尼克寻求批准。美国政府最终决定不参与此次股票发行。
