东石灵水上山片水泥硬底化工程已启动，该首期工程建设范围为灵水坑尾至双坑口双营电站路段，全长约 2.5 公里，工程总预算 70 万元。项目启动一个多月来，得到各级部门大力扶持，众多热心乡贤、爱心人士积极捐款并出力，目前已筹集建设资金约 40 万元。在此向已经伸出援手的相关部门与热心人士致以诚挚谢意，希望各方协力推动工程进展......
