格隆汇8月11日丨北控水务集团(00371.HK)公告，于2026年8月11日，岚山云通(为公司全资附属公司)作为借款方与北控集团财务作为贷款方，订立岚山云通贷款协议，据此，北控集团财务同意授予岚山云通一项本金额为人民币9910万元该贷款融资。该贷款融资须岚山云通根据岚山云通质押协议以北控集团财务为受益人作出抵押。
