四川成渝公告称，公司于2026年6月18日及7月21日分别通过变更公司名称及修订公司章程的议案，将公司中文名称变更为“四川成渝高速公路集团股份有限公司”，英文名称同步变更。近日，公司完成工商变更登记手续，取得成都市市场监督管理局换发的《营业执照》，注册资本为30.58亿元。
