8月11日，根据黑龙江证监局发布的公告，经查，哈尔滨哈深私募基金管理有限公司出现专职人员不足 5 人、与股东办公场地混同、未建立关联交易制度、从事私募基金管理无关咨询服务多项违规行为，被采取责令改正的监管措施。公司法定代表人、副总经理晏枭对上述违规行为负有主要责任，被出具警示函。
