受台风“白海豚”影响，8月9日晚间至10日上午，上海全市大部出现暴雨，部分道路和小区明显积水，各路抢险队伍紧急出动。既有马力全开的大功率排涝车、远程供水车组，也有满负荷运转的移动式抽水泵等，全力开展抢排和清理作业。
