此外，我们还将探索合成基因组和人工酶在催化领域的巨大潜力，重点阐明这些技术如何变革从可持续化学到合成生物学在内的众多领域。本次会议将汇聚全球顶尖学者，旨在深化合作、驱动创新，助力扩展遗传密码及其相关技术朝着开创性发现和应用的方向不断迈进。

遗传密码扩展技术通过精准引入非天然氨基酸，为蛋白质功能调控及新型生物体系构建提供了关键支撑。近年来，基于该技术的光交联非天然氨基酸技术迅速发展。然而，随着合成生物学向复杂系统构建与功能重编程的不断推进，如何精准解析蛋白质互作网络已成为关键瓶颈。为此，本次会议特设Workshop环节，以“技术报告+实践培训”的形式聚焦基于遗传密码拓展的光交联技术及其在蛋白质相互作用研究中的应用，推动前沿方法在国内的传播与应用，为合成生物学研究提供关键技术支撑。

The conference "The Expanding Genetic Code and Beyond" will serve as a forum to explore frontiers in the evolving genetic code, nucleic acid editing, synthetic biology, and their transformative applications. We will highlight recent advances in genetic code expansion and protein evolution that push the boundaries of precision protein engineering. This meeting will showcase technology's profound impact on life science and health, from dissecting complex biological pathways to developing novel therapeutics.

Furthermore, we will explore the exciting potential of synthetic genomes and artificial enzymes for catalysis, highlighting how these technologies are revolutionizing fields ranging from sustainable chemistry to synthetic biology. By bringing together leading experts, this conference aims to foster collaboration and drive innovation, propelling the expanding genetic code and its related technologies towards groundbreaking discoveries and applications.

Genetic code expansion technology provides critical support for protein function regulation and the construction of novel biological systems through the precise incorporation of non-canonical amino acids. In recent years, photo-crosslinking technology based on this approach has advanced rapidly. However, as synthetic biology continues to evolve toward the construction of complex systems and functional reprogramming, precisely dissecting protein-protein interaction networks has become a key bottleneck. To address this challenge, a dedicated Workshop will be featured at the symposium, combining technical presentations with hands-on training. The Workshop will focus on photo-crosslinking technology enabled by genetic code expansion and its applications in studying protein-protein interactions. It aims to promote the dissemination and application of these cutting-edge methods, providing key technical support for synthetic biology research.
