8月10日，德龙汇能（000593.SZ）公告称，公司收到股东刘鑫出具的《简式权益变动报告书(更正后)》，对原披露内容予以补充更正。更正后，刘鑫在本次权益变动前持有公司股份16,343,306股，占公司总股本的4.56%；2026年7月30日通过集中竞价交易方式买入1,640,194股，合计持有17,983,500股，占公司总股本的5.01%。
