8月10日，Anthropic、麦格理资产管理与新加坡政府投资公司（GIC）宣布建立战略合作伙伴关系，共同成立名为“Theseus Infrastructure”的新平台。该平台将负责开发和运营数据中心基础设施，并根据长期协议租赁给Anthropic。
各方将合作选址并开发新项目，由 Anthropic担任主力租户，初期重点关注美国市场。麦格理资产管理旗下基金将与GIC共同拥有该平台，并为各项目提供大部分股权资金。
