建设内容与规模：
租赁37.7亩厂区及地上现有建筑物，总建筑面积约 5798.5㎡
主要开展 硅碳负极材料（含氧化亚硅/碳复合材料等） 研发
外购沉积炉14台、包覆炉10台及混合机、振动筛、除磁机、大包装机等配套研发设备
单次研发规模不大于6吨/批次，年研发次数不超过40批次
采用 化学气相沉积工艺，经硅沉积、碳包覆关键工序制备高性能材料，具备高能量密度、长循环寿命等特性
