8月10日，赛腾股份（603283）发布公告，公司股东曾慧将其持有的748万股股份办理质押，占其直接持股比例的11.96%及公司总股本的2.12%；同时，曾慧还将910万股股份延期购回，占其直接持股比例的14.55%及公司总股本的2.58%。
截至公告披露日，曾慧累计质押股份为2432万股，占其持股38.89%及公司总股本6.90%。
2026年一季度，赛腾股份实现收入7.75亿元，归母净利润9106万元。
