【国泰君安国际涨超35% 获国泰海通溢价44%建议私有化】财联社8月10日电，截至发稿，国泰君安国际(01788.HK)涨35.10%。消息面上，公司及控股股东国泰海通联合公布，国泰海通作为要约人建议把国泰君安国际私有化及撤销上市地位，每股注销价3港元，比国泰君安国际停牌报收报2.08港元溢价约44.23%。
