菲律宾国家减灾委发布消息称，受近期的台风“白海豚”和“鲸鱼”以及西南季风增强所导致降雨的影响，截至8月10日上午6时，菲律宾共有8人死亡，9人受伤，另有1人失踪。受灾人口已超过75万。
菲律宾国家气象局于10日上午8时对包括首都地区在内的多地发布暴雨橙色预警。（总台记者 黄铮铮）
