【福建省调整防台风应急响应至四级】财联社8月10日电，记者从福建省防汛抗旱指挥部了解到，今年第13号台风“白海豚”10日6时中心位于浙江省丽水市庆元县境内，中心附近最大风力9级。预计将以每小时20—25公里的速度向西北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。福建省防指于10日7时将防台风应急响应从二级调整至四级。（央视新闻）
