据中央气象台消息，“白海豚”已减弱为热带风暴。8月10日1时，其中心位于浙江省温州市泰顺县境内（北纬27.5度、东经119.8度），最大风力9级。“白海豚”将以每小时15公里左右的速度向西北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。
