正文：今年第N号台风“白海豚”于8月9日17时30分在浙江台州玉环沿海完成登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力达到14级，中心最低气压为945百帕。此次登陆时间较此前预报有所提前，强风暴雨已对当地造成明显影响，相关部门提醒沿海居民继续做好防风防灾准备。
