夏小雄老师：湖南攸县人，1983年出生。
本科：2002–2006 南京大学法学院 法学学士；
硕士：2006–2008 北京大学法学院 法学硕士；
博士：2009–2012 意大利比萨大学法学院 法学博士（深耕大陆法系商法）；
博士后：2013–2015 社科院法学所博士后，出站留所任职，升任副研究员。
