8月9日，受台风“白海豚”影响，途家民宿宣布，已对福建、浙江及安徽黄山景区启动应急保障措施。
其中，入住日期为2026年8月9日的福建连江县途家民宿订单，用户均可申请免费取消；凡在8月9日0:00前预订，且入住日期为8月9日至8月10日的浙江省途家民宿订单，用户均可申请免费取消；凡在8月9日11:00前预订，且入住日期为8月9日至8月11日的黄山景区途家民宿订单，用户均可申请免费取消。
