据“上海黄浦”微信公众号2026年8月9日消息，受今年第13号台风“白海豚”影响，上海市气象台已发布暴雨橙色预警信号。根据响应行动要求，为全面确保市民游客的人身安全，现对黄浦外滩景区观光平台进行临时封闭。待台风影响减弱后，平台会及时开放。感谢广大市民游客的谅解和支持 。
