8月8日，汇添富公告称，马磊因公司内部工作调整，于2026年8月7日离任汇添富北交所创新精选两年定开混合基金经理，未转任公司其他岗位，已按规定在中国基金业协会完成变更手续。
林炜自2026年8月7日起接任该基金基金经理，拥有7年证券从业经验及7年证券投资管理经验。2020年7 月起加入汇添富基金管理股份有限公司。2024 年 12 月 05日至2026年08月07日任汇添富北交所创新精选两年定开混合的基金经理助理。2025 年 08 月 28日至2026年01月17日任汇添 富制造业升级研究精选一年持有混合发起的基金经理助理。
