8月8日，上银基金公告称，公司于2026年8月8日完成督察长职务变更，封涌正式接任督察长，原代行职务的董事长武俊同日起不再代行该职责。
新任督察长封涌曾任上海市公安局经侦总队副主任科员、中国证监会上海监管局主任科员、上海金元百利资 产管理有限公司副总经理、金元顺安基金管理有限公司督察长等职务。
