8月7日，盛美上海（688082.SH）披露2026年半年报。公司上半年实现营收37.18亿元，同比增长13.87%；归母净利润9.89亿元，同比大增42.14%；但扣非净利润5.71亿元，同比下降15.31%。
公告称，净利大幅增长主要系对外投资公允价值变动损益及投资收益大幅增加，当期非经常性损益合计4.18亿元，其中金融资产公允价值变动损益达4.73亿元。
