“1岁宝宝不慎打碎酒店面巾纸盒被索赔924元”引热议，涉事酒店回应

近日，一则“小孩在酒店不慎打碎面巾纸盒被索赔924元”的帖子引发热议。

A family's claim that they were charged 924 yuan for a broken tissue box at a hotel in Sanya, Hainan province, has sparked widespread discussion on Chinese social media.

据报道，发帖者苏女士称，8月5日下午，她1岁的宝宝不慎将三亚亚龙湾迎宾馆客房内的一个骨瓷面巾纸盒打碎。因为客房是她同学预订的，且事发后她着急赶飞机，所以苏女士在离开酒店前和同学沟通，让对方代为联系酒店，看怎么赔偿。

The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon, when Su, a visitor from Shanghai, was staying at the Palace Resort Yalong Bay in Sanya with her mother and her one-year-old son. Su said the child accidentally knocked a bone china tissue box off a small round table in the hotel room, causing it to shatter on the wooden floor. As she was rushing to catch a flight back to Shanghai that evening, she asked the friend who had booked the room to handle the matter with the hotel.

苏女士称，酒店管家称得赔924元，并表示房间的架子上有物品价格表，让她同学看一下，但同学并没有在客房看到物品价格表。

8月5日18:38，酒店管家把物品价格表发给了同学，同学转发给了苏女士。“18:47，我向同学微信转账924元，18:51，同学向酒店管家微信转账924元，酒店管家收款时间是18:57，我以为纸巾盒只值50块钱。”

Later, the hotel's butler sent a price list to her friend, who forwarded it to Su. Su transferred 924 yuan to her friend via WeChat, and her friend then paid the hotel. Su said she had assumed the tissue box would cost only about 50 yuan and was surprised by the amount charged.

记者注意到，三亚亚龙湾迎宾馆的物品价格表注明：房间内陈设有极具艺术气息的骨瓷用品，在您入住期间，请和我们一起共同保护房间物品。如您需要收藏，以下价格仅供参考。其中面巾纸盒，单价924元。

苏女士称，帖子引发关注后，不少网友帮忙出谋划策——

有网友说，“这个夸张了，正常可以要求他提供采购原始凭证，按折旧赔偿。”

还有网友表示，“太离谱了，你说某个电器我都不说啥了，一个破纸巾盒，顶天了100元。”

苏女士的同学转账给酒店管家

记者联系上了发帖网友苏女士，苏女士回忆事情发生经过说：“8月5日，我们要赶晚上8点多的飞机回上海，赶飞机还早，就和同学约好一起去亚龙湾海边玩。”

“考虑到晚上还得赶飞机，5日下午5点左右我们回了酒店。我妈给宝宝泡奶粉，把宝宝放在她身边爬来爬去，我去卫生间冲洗。就在外婆泡奶粉的时候，宝宝碰到房间小圆桌上的纸巾盒，掉在木地板上摔破了。我儿子有76厘米高，能够自己扶着东西站起来，酒店房间的小圆桌不高，他站起来能够得着。”

In a follow-up interview, Su said the family had returned to the hotel around 5 pm after spending the afternoon at the beach. While her mother was preparing baby formula, her one-year-old son reached for the tissue box on the low table and accidentally knocked it onto the floor.

8月5日晚九点半左右，三亚亚龙湾迎宾馆的管家向苏女士同学留言表示，为苏女士申请了半价赔偿，并向苏女士同学微信退款462元，但苏女士同学并未接收退款。

“同学想咨询一下我的意见，我说现在我很生气，不要和解，要举报，等他们退房之后再举报酒店，这是典型的欺诈行为。”

苏女士说，今天她同学帮她开了赔付的发票，备注写着“骨瓷面巾抽纸盒赔偿款”，并没有品牌，酒店说是定制商品没有品牌。酒店向她同学出示了合同，纸巾盒的采购价确实是462元，但并没有解释为什么让她赔付924元。

Su said her friend later received an invoice listing the charge as compensation for a "bone china facial tissue box", without identifying the manufacturer or brand. The hotel said the item was custom-made and therefore unbranded. It also showed her friend a purchase contract indicating that the tissue box had been purchased for 462 yuan, but did not explain why the compensation was set at twice that amount.

8月6日，为了解具体情况，记者致电该酒店，酒店别墅管家证实确有此事。别墅管家介绍，房间内的面巾纸盒为骨瓷收藏品，属于酒店别墅标配且是可售卖的，客房内配有物品价目表。

When contacted by reporters on Thursday, a hotel butler confirmed the incident. The butler said the tissue box was made of bone china, was part of the standard amenities provided in the villa rooms, and was also available for purchase. A price list for in-room items is available in each room for guests' reference.

管家称，“我们房间都有清单价目表，如果说怕打碎什么的，可以让我们收起来，是没问题的，这个是可以移动的，我们放的时候也是放在安全的位置。”关于苏女士赔偿相关事宜，别墅管家表示无法告知赔偿协商的具体细节。
