中国东航发布新版《国内客票自愿退票和自愿变更实施细则》，对于2026年8月6日（含）以后销售的2026年8月6日（含）以后开始旅行的国内客票，规定提前14天自愿变更或自愿退票均免费。新版规则分五个时间段，距离起飞时间越近，变更和退票收取的费用越高。
