【机构：2026年上半年全球半导体市场规模同比翻倍 超7000亿美元】《科创板日报》7日讯，世界半导体贸易统计组织 (WSTS) 当地时间昨日表示，全球半导体市场规模在2026年上半年达到7020亿美元，同比增幅102%。其中存储器同比增长305%、逻辑电路同比增长45%，其余产品类别也均录得同比增长。
