上证报中国证券网讯（记者 曾庆怡）8月7日，港股上市公司恒隆集团及恒隆地产（统称“恒隆”）公布了一则高管任命通知：蔡德粦将于2026年9月7日加入恒隆出任候任行政总裁及执行董事，并于10月1日正式接任行政总裁及执行董事，接替届时卸任的卢韦柏；卢韦柏将留任至2026年9月30日，自10月1日起转任董事长顾问，为期一年。
