格隆汇8月7日｜美国私募股权公司阿波罗全球管理以57亿英镑赢得英国廉航易捷航空的收购战。阿波罗全球管理将以每股715便士收购易捷航空股权，预计交易将于明年首季完成。而竞争对手、美国投资集团Castlelake已宣布退出竞投。阿波罗在全球管理的资产逾1万亿美元，并已投资了包括墨西哥国际航空、太阳城航空、亚特拉斯航空等多家航空公司。
