【英国石油拟收购伍德赛德在Calypso项目70%的股权】财联社8月6日电，伍德赛德能源公司（Woodside）8月6日宣布已签署协议，将其在特立尼达和多巴哥“Calypso项目”中持有的70%运营权益出售给英国石油。作为该项目的现有参与方，英国石油此前持有余下的30%权益。该交易包含现金对价与未来或有支付款项，预计将于2026年底前完成交割。
