8月6日消息，据报道，刚果（金）已发布最新行政指令，决定彻底禁止铜精矿与钴精矿的出口。同时，刚果（金）政府推出了新的税收框架，对具有经济价值的矿业副产品开征新税，计税估值系数设定为55%。据悉，该新税收框架将于三个月后正式生效。
