互联网时代的大学生人际关系满意度：线上积极反馈与感知社会支持的作用

Interpersonal Relationship Satisfaction in the Digital Age: The Role of Online Positive Feedback and Perceived Social Support

【摘要】人际关系满意度是个体评价自己的实际人际关系是否达到预期标准时产生的主观感受，是个体心理健康的重要指标。以微信朋友圈为例，通过两项研究探讨了线上积极反馈、感知社会支持与人际关系满意度之间的关系。研究一对165名大学生进行问卷调查，研究二采用经验取样法对69名大学生进行持续一周的密集追踪。结果发现，在个体间和个体内水平上，线上积极反馈不仅能够提高人们的网络人际关系满意度，而且能够提高现实人际关系满意度，感知社会支持在其中起完全中介作用。研究结果启示线上积极反馈具有重要的社交功能，可帮助人们在互联网时代构建良好的人际关系。

【Abstract】Using social networking sites to build and maintain interpersonal relationships has become an integral part of everyday life. Social networking sites can facilitate high-quality interactions by providing positive feedback in the form of likes and comments. The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between online positive feedback and interpersonal relationship satisfaction, as well as the mediating role of perceived social support. Two studies were conducted among Chinese college students. In Study 1 ( N = 165), a retrospective research method was used to measure online positive feedback, perceived social support, and interpersonal relationship satisfaction, which were based on past experience. In Study 2 ( N = 69, n = 424), an experience sampling method was used to collect the subjective perception and the objective number of received positive feedback after posting status updates, and assess perceived social support and interpersonal relationship satisfaction subsequent to receiving feedback. The results showed that the correlations between online positive feedback, perceived social support, and interpersonal relationship satisfaction were significant. Perceived social support mediated the associations between positive feedback and both online and offline interpersonal relationship satisfaction. These findings indicated that online positive feedback can promote interpersonal relationship satisfaction in a simple yet highly effective manner, which provided practical implications for improving interpersonal relationships in the digital age.

主播情绪唤醒度对中老年人直播购物的影响

The Influence of Anchor’s Emotional Arousal on Middle-aged and Older Adult’s Purchase Intention under Livestreaming E-commerce Situation

【摘要】近年来，直播购物领域发展空前，中老年群体日渐成为重要的消费群体，关注中老年人消费决策的心理机制有助于理解情绪影响高级认知的毕生发展特点。为了考察中老年人的消费决策是否受主播积极情绪唤醒度影响并探索可能的作用机制(周边路线加工VS.中央路线加工),实验共招募236名中老年被试(56至82岁),让被试观看模拟的真实直播购物场景视频并报告其商品购买意愿。结果表明，高主播情绪唤醒条件下，被试的购买意愿更强；在主播情绪唤醒度与购买意愿之间，被试自身的情绪唤醒具有显著中介效应，且自身唤醒度及感知信任具有显著链式中介效应，经由商品属性信息加工的中介效应只得到部分支持。上述结果表明中老年人在直播购物过程中容易受到主播高唤醒的积极情绪的影响，并且这种影响既有周边加工机制，也有一定的中央加工机制，但周边路线加工机制得到了更多支持。本研究不仅有助于解释情绪因素对成年晚期个体决策愈发凸显的影响，还有利于警醒中老年人在直播购物中保持谨慎，避免因受到情绪煽动而产生冲动消费。

【Abstract】Livestreaming e-commerce has surged in recent years, increasingly captivating middle-aged and older consumers. Understanding the psychological mechanisms behind consumption decisions among middle-aged and older individuals contributes to grasping the lifespan developmental characteristics of how emotions influence higher-level cognition. Emotional contagion is known to wield considerable influence over subsequent attitudes and behaviors. However, the influencing mechanism through which emotional contagion influences live-streaming consumption decisions remains unknown. Based on the Elaboration Likelihood Model, this study endeavors to investigate the impact of anchors’ emotional arousal on middle-aged and older adults’ willingness to purchase in a livestreaming e-commerce context. Additionally, the research aims to delve into the potential underlying mechanism, distinguishing between the central route and peripheral route processes. In this study, 236 healthy participants with a mean age of 65.93 years were recruited and randomly assigned to two groups (high-emotional-arousal vs. low-emotional-arousal). The participants partook in a simulated consumer decision-making task, wherein decision scenarios were meticulously crafted using pre-shot video content. After viewing the video, participants proceeded to rate the emotional arousal of both the anchor and themselves. This was followed by tasks involving the assessment of purchase intention and the recall of product information. The findings of the study are as follows. (1) The emotional arousal of the anchor significantly bolstered middle-aged and older people’ purchase intention of livestreaming e-commerce; (2) The emotional arousal of the anchor effectively ignited corresponding emotional arousal among the participants; (3) The emotional arousal of themselves served significant mediating factor, and the emotional arousal of themselves and perceived trust amongst middle-aged and older adults served as chained mediating factors, shaping the relationship between the anchor’s emotional arousal and the purchase intention of middle-aged and older adults; (4) The mediating effects through the recall of product attributes received partial support. In summation, the purchasing intention of middle-aged and older adults in the livestreaming e-commerce arena is influenced by emotional contagion in the live-streaming. Moreover, this influence involves both peripheral processing mechanisms and some degree of central processing mechanisms, with greater support for peripheral route processing. This study not only helps to elucidate the increasingly prominent impact of emotional factors on decision-making in late adulthood but also serves to alert middle-aged and older individuals to exercise caution during live shopping, avoiding impulsive consumption driven by emotional arousal.

养育倦怠与青少年网络游戏成瘾：基本心理需要满足、意志控制及性别的作用

Parental Burnout and Adolescents’ Internet Gaming Addiction: Roles of Basic Psychological Need Satisfaction, Effortful Control and Gender

【摘要】为探讨养育倦怠对青少年网络游戏成瘾的影响及其作用机制，本研究采用基本心理需要满足量表、网络游戏成瘾量表以及青少年早期气质问卷对青少年进行调查，采用养育倦怠量表对青少年的父亲和母亲进行调查，最终获得2669组家庭的配对数据。在控制了青少年感知的主观家庭社会经济地位后，结果表明：(1)养育倦怠能够显著正向预测青少年网络游戏成瘾；(2)养育倦怠通过降低青少年联结需要满足、自主需要满足和能力需要满足，进而增加其网络游戏成瘾的水平，在中介效应差异比较中，仅自主需要满足的中介效应显著大于能力需要满足的中介效应；(3)“养育倦怠→基本心理需要满足(联结、自主、能力)→网络游戏成瘾”这三组中介效应的后半段均受到青少年意志控制和性别的调节，即对低意志控制和男生个体来说，联结需要满足、自主需要满足和能力需要满足对网络游戏成瘾的影响更强。研究结果可以为青少年网络游戏成瘾的预防和干预提供参考。

【Abstract】To examine the influence of parental burnout on adolescents’ Internet gaming addiction and mechanism, the Basic Psychological Need Satisfaction Scale, Internet Gaming Addiction Scale, and Early Adolescent Temperament Questionnaire were applied to investigate adolescents, and the Parental Burnout Assessment was employed to investigate fathers and mothers. Ultimately, 2669 families’ triadic data were collected. After controlling for the subjective family socioeconomic status perceived by adolescents, the results showed that (1) parental burnout significantly and positively predicted adolescents’ Internet gaming addiction; (2) parental burnout increased the risk of adolescents’ Internet gaming addiction by diminishing their need satisfaction for relatedness, autonomy, and competence. When comparing the differences in the mediating effects, only the mediating effect of autonomy need satisfaction was significantly larger than that of competence need satisfaction; (3) the latter part of the three mediating effects of “parental burnout → basic psychological need satisfaction(relatedness, autonomy, competence) → Internet gaming addiction” were moderated by adolescents’ effortful control and gender. Among lower effortful control and male individuals, relatedness need satisfaction, autonomy need satisfaction, and competence need satisfaction all had stronger impacts on Internet gaming addiction. These findings provided insights for the prevention and intervention of adolescents’ Internet gaming addiction.

情绪唤醒度对老年人健康谣言转发意愿的影响

The Influence of Emotional Arousal on the Intention of Older Adults to Forward Health Rumors

【摘要】以老年群体为研究对象，考察情绪唤醒度对健康谣言转发意愿的影响，并检验该效应是否受到老年人自身电子健康素养水平的调节。预研究以24名老年人为对象得到正式研究的实验材料。正式研究招募69名老年人，进行两个阶段的实验：阶段一采用实验设计(电子健康素养：高vs.低；文章类别：谣言高唤醒vs.谣言低唤醒vs.正确信息);阶段二为干预实验(1名被试中途退出；干预靶点：情绪唤醒度)。结果表明：(1)情绪唤醒度越高，健康谣言转发意愿越强烈；(2)对情绪唤醒的自我预警，能有效降低老年人的健康谣言转发意愿；(3)情绪唤醒度的效应具有跨高、低电子健康素养老年群体的一致性，即电子健康素养对情绪唤醒度效应的调节作用不显著。研究结果在社交网络高度发达及老年网民数量剧增的时代，对预防老年人掉入健康谣言陷阱具有重要启示。

【Abstract】This study focused on older adults, who are considered “digital immigrants”, to examine the influence of emotional arousal on the intention to forward health rumors and further the moderating effect of eHealth literacy on the relationship. The research consisted of a pilot study and a formal study. The pilot study recruited 24 older adults (12 males; mean age: 65.50±4.63 years old) and aimed to design and produce experimental materials (e.g., health rumors) for the formal study. The formal study recruited 69 older adults (22 males; mean age: 65.26±3.81 years old) for a two-stage experiment involving factor design (eHealth literacy: low vs. high; emotional arousal: low vs. high vs. control) and intervention experiments (losing one older adult, i.e., 68 participants; intervention technique: self-alerting to emotional arousal). The results showed that: (1) Emotional arousal increased the intention of older adults to forward health rumors; (2) By self-alerting to emotional arousal, the intention of older adults to forward health rumors could be effectively reduced; (3) There was no moderating effect of eHealth literacy on the relationship between emotional arousal and the intention to forward health rumors, indicating that the effect of emotional arousal was consistent across high and low eHealth literacy groups of older adults. In conclusion, emotional arousal had positive influence on intention to forward health rumors, regardless of older adults’ levels of eHealth literacy.

同化或对比?老化刻板印象对中年人主观记忆的影响

Assimilation or Contrast? Effects of Age Stereotypes on Middle-aged Adults’ Subjective Memory

【摘要】基于选择性通达模型，采用实验法和组间设计，用文字向四组中年被试随机呈现不同强度(适中/极端)和效价(积极/消极)的老化刻板印象信息，考察被试的主观记忆是否受到影响。实验一直接呈现老化刻板印象信息并检验主观记忆差异，发现所有实验组均倾向于做相似性比较，但主观记忆均好于对照组。可能原因在于，中年人接受老化刻板印象信息时，其相对老年人的外群体年龄身份凸显，进而出现对比效应。实验二改进了流程，首先要求被试想象老年时的自己，以此减弱外群体年龄身份，然后向他们呈现老化刻板印象信息。结果发现，中年人主观记忆受到刻板印象强度的影响：当被试报告自己与极端刻板印象越相似，其主观记忆与刻板印象内容越一致；而适中强度则无此影响。研究表明，选择性通达模型在一定程度上可以迁移至老化刻板印象的机制研究，未来可进一步探究老化刻板印象对中年人的影响。

【Abstract】The present study examined age stereotypes’ effects on middle-aged adults’ subjective memory through the mechanism of selective accessibility model (SAM). Participants were randomly assigned to one of four experimental groups or a control group, and age stereotypes were manipulated by reading a passage with different intensity (extreme/moderate) and valence (positive/negative). Experiment 1 directly presented age stereotypes to the participants and subsequently examined their subjective memory. Participants in the experimental groups tended to choose similarity focus and report better subjective memory than the control group. It is likely that middle-aged adults’ outgroup age identity shadowed the intended phenomena. To reduce such influence, Experiment 2 required participants to imagine themselves being old before presenting the age stereotypes. Influences of age stereotypes on subjective memory were found to differ across intensity, in that when participants reported higher resemblance with extreme age stereotypes, their subjective memory would correspond with the stereotypes more; however, we did not find such effects in moderate age stereotypes. The present findings indicate that the SAM could partly explain the mechanisms of age stereotypes, and that future research could investigate how age stereotypes would influence other aspects of middle-aged adults’ life.
