8月8日0时至8月31日24时，因大连市甘井子区排水设施升级改造工程施工需要，大连公安交管支队决定，对山中街（鉴开中学东门-山中三街）封闭施工。
大连公安交管部门提醒，途经驾驶人按照现场道路交通标志和工作人员指示由甘北路、山日街等路线绕行。
