8月5日，A股三大指数集体上涨，截至收盘，上证指数涨1.47%，深证成指涨1.86%，创业板指涨1.32%；北证50涨2.37%。沪深两市成交额约26596.35亿元，较前一个交易日放量约4460.43亿元。全市场3725只股票上涨、1621只股票下跌，其中104只涨停、1只跌停。
板块方面，玻纤、铜箔/覆铜板、MLCC，贵金属、小金属、电子化学品等行业以及概念涨幅居前；高速公路、医药商业、石油、银行、机场、影视院线等行业以及概念跌幅居前。
