当地时间8月4日，以色列总理内塔尼亚胡在一段发布的视频中表示，以色列不同意当前美国宣布达成的关于“全面解除”巴勒斯坦伊斯兰抵抗运动（哈马斯）武装的协议。内塔尼亚胡表示，直到哈马斯完全解除武装前，以色列不会从当前的战线撤军。
