8月4日，四川广元。网友反映：社区带人来要求门店安那个监控几个意思，35一个月。要求是邮政的卡存款两万以上免费，移动的安装自费35一个月。如果不想出这个钱，就办邮政卡但是必须有2万以上的钱在里面，它们银行给出这个35，不然就自己出。
