每年7月吃饺子，我只用这种饺子馅，健胃清肠，经常吃孩子不积食

饺子，是深受我国人们喜爱的传统特色食品。由医圣张仲景首先发明，距今已有一千八百多年的历史。吃饺子也是中国人在春节的特有民俗，除夕守岁吃饺子，是任何山珍海味也代替不了的重头大宴。每年的大年三十上午，家里就开始准备着饺子馅，饺子皮，然后全家老小一起包饺子。最幸福的时刻就是晚上全家人围在一张桌子上，吃着热气腾腾的饺子，那种其乐融融的气氛，才是心之向往。

也有人说，出门吃饺子其实就是盼望团圆的意思，这也许就是很多北方人对饺子钟爱的原因之一吧！当然，除了美好的寓意之外，人们喜欢饺子最重要的原因还是饺子真的很美味。各种饺子馅丰富多样，肉馅的、素馅的。而炎热的夏天不想吃那么油腻的肉馅，我家就会做各种的素馅来吃。七月份吃饺子，我家只用这种饺子馅，健胃清肠，非常适合容易积食的孩子。

小编说的就是茴香饺子馅。提到小茴香，很多人想到的一定是我们炒菜时经常会用到的调味品，但做饺子馅用的是年轻时候的茴香苗。茴香苗是一种营养十分丰富的蔬菜，因其嫩茎叶有独特香味，用来包饺子、包子会特别香。而且茴香中含有的茴香油，能促进消化液的分泌，增强肠胃蠕动，有健胃、行气的功效，对消除积食有一定的效果。一起来试试吧！

茴香苗1把，鸡蛋3个，面粉400克，小葱1棵，食盐、蚝油、陈醋、香油适量。

1、鸡蛋打入碗中，加少许食盐，小葱洗干净后切成葱花放入鸡蛋液中，搅拌均匀。炒锅中放比平时炒菜稍多点的油，烧热后倒入鸡蛋液，煎至鸡蛋凝固。放凉后放在案板上切碎备用。茴香苗本身可以解油腻，炒鸡蛋时多放点油会更香，而且不会觉得油腻。

3、接下来就是包饺子了。过程就不细说了，和面、切剂、擀皮、包饺子。实在觉得麻烦的话，可以直接去超市买做好的饺子皮。

4、包好的饺子可以直接下锅煮，也可以冷冻起来，想吃的时候煮一下就可以吃了。小碟中加入一勺生抽，半勺陈醋，最后再滴上几滴香油，撒上一点葱花，蘸料就做好了。
