日本防卫省4日公布2026年版《防卫白皮书》。新版白皮书进一步炒作所谓“安全威胁”，增加“新型作战方式”“强化防卫生产与技术基础”等内容，政策重点较往年有所调整。
分析人士认为，新版白皮书暴露出高市早苗政府通过作战体系转型、军工产业扩张等动作为日本持续扩军备武铺路的企图，释放出日本进一步突破战后体制、加速向“军事国家”转变的危险信号。
