每经AI快讯，8月4日消息，《智能网联汽车 自动驾驶系统安全要求》强制性国家标准正式发布，拟于2027年7月1日起正式实施。标准要求自动驾驶系统安全水平应至少达到正在承担动态驾驶任务的合格且专注驾驶人的水平，同时不得对用户及其他道路使用者造成不合理安全风险。在此基础上，明确系统在各类场景下执行动态驾驶任务的安全要求，并明确最小风险策略的触发和执行要求。
