北京商报讯（记者 孟凡霞 周义力）8月4日，江西金融监管局发布《关于江西峡江农村商业银行股份有限公司吸收合并峡江洪都村镇银行股份有限公司的批复》，同意江西峡江农村商业银行吸收合并峡江洪都村镇银行，并承接峡江洪都村镇银行清产核资后的资产、负债、业务和员工。
