IT之家 8 月 4 日消息，卡普空旗下《怪物猎人：荒野（Monster Hunter Wilds）》现已在 Steam 平台开启价格永降，游戏标准版从 348 元降至 198 元，截至IT之家发稿，游戏好评率 52%“褒贬不一”，游戏商品页（https://store.steampowered.com/app/2246340/Monster_Hunter_Wilds/?l=schinese）。
同时，目前游戏已停售《怪物猎人：荒野》 豪华版、高级豪华版、装扮 DLC 通行证。已购买上述产品的玩家目前仍可继续使用。官方同步推出了收录以往 DLC 的黄金版本，定价为 398 元。
